2D Artwork: These are drawings, either on paper or scanned and colored in Photoshop. The digital ones at the bottom are quite old, as that is what I was into before 3D (in the early nineties) and I like to remind myself of those times. Before I begin any 3D image that I think I'm going to spend a bit of time on, I like to begin with a sketch that guides the design and composition. Over the past few years, I must admit that I've been too focused on work/kids and haven't sketched much, but I happy to say that I've been drawing again. To be honest, I'd be happy to just disappear in a hole somewhere and just draw for a couple years. I know this would have a hugely positive effect on my work. But alas... not really an option. So for now, I just need to make the time.
